The scenario technique is applicable for statements of economic, technological and social developments. Scenario workshops have frequently been used in various countries, for example, the scenario workshop on Urban Ecology (Denmark), „Gene, Geld und Gelehrte” (Germany), a citizens’ jury / scenario workshop on food and farming futures for Andgra Pradesh (India), Speaking out meetings on genetics and health (UK).
